NATURAL DIAMOND GUARANTEE

Harris guarantees all diamonds in our jewelry to be natural –meaning mined from the earth– unless stated otherwise.1

If a diamond is lab-grown/lab-created it will be clearly stated in the product description on your receipt or contract, as well as on our website (if product is available online).**

CONFLICT FREE GUARANTEE

Harris guarantees that all diamonds in our diamond jewelry are “conflict free.”

GOLD CONTENT

Harris guarantees that the karat content of the gold in our diamond jewelry is as stated on your contract or receipt, and within industry accepted legal tolerances.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY for Diamond Jewelry

You can return your diamond jewelry at any time within 30 days of date of original purchase for a full refund, provided it is in original condition.***

90 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY for Diamond Jewelry

You may exchange your diamond jewelry within 90 days of date of original purchase for another diamond jewelry item(s) of equal or greater value, provided it is in original condition. Military Appreciation Discounts may only be applied to an exchange purchase at the level, if any, used at the time of the original purchase.***

UPGRADE GUARANTEE for Diamond Jewelry

Harris will exchange your diamond jewelry for another diamond jewelry item(s) of at least one and a half times your original purchase amount (after any discount is applied) at any time after 90 days of purchase. We will credit your account for the purchase price of the exchanged item, provided that it is in good condition and your account is current or paid in full. Your current Military Appreciation Discount will be applied to upgraded purchases. If you are not near a Harris store, call our Online Sales Department at 1-800-539-3575 for assistance with your upgrade and a paid return label.***

LOSS DUE TO FIRE AND/OR FLOOD

Harris will repair or replace merchandise damaged or lost due to fire or flood with a police or fire report showing the loss.

DEATH BENEFIT GUARANTEE

Upon notification of the passing of the Harris account holder, Harris will cancel any remaining balance due on the account.

If you did not finance your purchase with Harris Jewelry/CACUSA, you MUST keep your receipt as proof-of-purchase to receive coverage.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING COVERAGE

*ADDITIONAL SETTING INSPECTION INFORMATION: If you purchased our Optional Lifetime Jewelry & Watch Protection Plan, any repairs needed will be completed in accordance with that plan.

If you did not purchase our Optional Lifetime Jewelry & Watch Protection Plan, Harris Jewelry will not perform any repairs without your prior authorization of the fees and time required to service your jewelry or watch.

**Any diamond that has undergone a process such as coating, fracture filling, heating, irradiation, laser drilling, HPHT treatment or any other physical or chemical process is considered “Treated,” and will clearly be identified as such on your receipt or Retail Installment Contract.

***Items purchased under the ‘Diamond Jewelry Upgrade Guarantee’ cannot be returned under the ‘30 Day Return Policy for Diamond Jewelry.’ Upgraded purchases are covered by the ‘90 Day Exchange Policy for Diamond Jewelry’ and the ‘Diamond Jewelry Upgrade Guarantee.’

Watches and merchandise without diamonds are NOT COVERED by the Diamond Jewelry Promise.

Watches are covered by the 3 Year Limited Warranty below.

3 Year Limited Warranty for Harris Watches

Your Harris watch is warranteed for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. This Harris warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. These defects will be repaired free of charge. In the event your watch cannot be repaired and the exact model is no longer available, a replacement watch of equal value and similar style will be supplied.

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear and/or damage resulting in abuse or water damage (except as provided by watch specifications). IT DOES NOT COVER FREE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES, CASES, CRYSTALS, CROWNS, STRAPS OR WATCHBANDS.
