LIFETIME Jewelry & Watch Protection Plan.

When purchased, the Jewelry & Watch Protection Plan gives you peace of mind protection for as long as you or your recipient own your jewelry!

1. THE FOLLOWING SERVICES WILL BE COVERED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR AS LONG AS YOU* OWN YOUR JEWELRY:

★ RING SIZING

Ring sizing is FREE for LIFE! Whether you have your ring sized at time of purchase, or you need to have it sized in the future, it is included in this plan.

★ CHIPPED STONES

If you accidentally chip a stone, we will replace it. Replacement of diamonds and gemstones, if necessary, will be as close as possible to the original(s).

★ SETTING REPAIR

If you accidentally damage your setting, we will repair or, if necessary, replace it. Replacement setting, if necessary, will be as close as possible to the original.

★ EARRING PROTECTION

If you accidentally break a post or lose an earring back, we will replace these parts.

★ RHODIUM PROTECTION

If necessary, Rhodium plating of white gold will be performed up to one time per year.

★ CHAIN & BRACELET PROTECTION

We will repair or replace at our option your Harris bracelet or chain. We will also shorten your chain or bracelet as necessary.

★ POLISHING, TIGHTENING & RETIPPING OF PRONGS

We will polish the setting and straighten or tighten the prongs.


★ WATCH BATTERIES

Harris will replace the battery in your watch for life!

★ Watch Bands & Pins

Harris will resize your watch band, replace pins or repair damaged clasps.

★ Watch Cases & Crystals

We will repair or replace at our option your Harris watch case or crystal.

NO REGULAR INSPECTIONS REQUIRED!

2. WHAT TO DO IF COVERED MERCHANDISE REQUIRES SERVICE:

Take the item to a local Harris Jewelry store for authorized service.

If a Harris Jewelry store is not located near you, please call 1-800-989-7732 and we will provide a UPS pre-paid label!

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

Jewelry or watches that appear to have been mistreated or intentionally damaged, have not been cared for properly, or have been altered by another jeweler are not covered. Jewelry or watches that cannot be reasonably repaired, will be replaced with an item of similar value.

This Agreement is not an insurance policy, and does not cover loss or damage resulting from theft, misuse, abuse or Act of God.

ALL COVERAGES APPLY ONLY TO HARRIS ACCOUNTS THAT ARE CURRENT OR PAID IN FULL.

*ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:

The terms of this Agreement start on the date of purchase. This Plan is for the benefit of the original customer or original recipient, in the case of a gift. Retail Installment Contract or Receipt will serve as proof of enrollment and to identify the merchandise covered.

If you return your jewelry or watch under our 30 Day Return Policy, the cost of the plan will be refunded.•If you exchange your purchase under our 90 Day Exchange Policy (DIAMOND JEWELRY ONLY), you will receive a credit on your account for the Protection Plan on your original purchase. To receive coverage for your Exchange purchase, you would need to purchase a new Protection Plan.
