Take your original receipt, your Harris Warranty document, and the covered item to your local Harris store for authorized service.

 

IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED BY A HARRIS STORE:

We’re sorry if you are experiencing a problem with your purchase.
If you purchased a General Extended Maintenance (GEM) Plan, a 3 Year Limited Warranty (Watches only) or an Extended Damage Protection Plan (Military Accounts), and are within 3 Years of the original purchase date, please contact us at 1-800-989-7732 or service@harrisjewelry.com.


It is necessary to determine the type of service required and verify coverage before mailing any product to our Service Department. Once your service request has been approved and logged into our system please fill out our service request form and include with your shipment. Returned jewelry without a service request form will not be processed.


NOTE: Unauthorized repairs can void this Agreement. You must provide the care and maintenance recommended by the warranty or limited warranty, as the case may be. For information on the proper Care and Protection of your jewelry visit: www.HarrisJewelry.com/care.
