With Harris Jewelry, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied within *30 days of receipt of your merchandise you may return your purchase. You do not need company authorization to return within *30 days. Simply send back the merchandise “insured” for the full value with a note containing your name, Social Security Number or Account Number and the reason for the return. Your account will be promptly credited and monies refunded. (Please remember to send the package insured for the full merchandise value).
After *30 Days of receipt of your merchandise, only exchanges of diamond jewelry will be accepted. Please call 1-800-539-3575 for the sales department to work out the details of your exchange. Remember, after 30 days of receipt of your diamond jewelry you must, call, write or email us to notify us of your exchange.
All diamond merchandise is backed with our Limited Lifetime Warranty and we will replace or repair any defective merchandise for you. Also with our Extended Damage Protection Plan, you receive ring re-sizing, maintenance and repair at no cost for 3 years.
